"Control How Your Pa Business Taxes are Spent"
Gifts made through the program allow St. Anthony's to provide tuition aid to families in need of our services who otherwise would not financially be able to enroll or stay enrolled in our program. Through the EITC Program, a business makes a contribution to a qualified Educational Improvement Organization such as St. Anthony School Programs. The business is then eligible for a tax credit equal to 75% of the contribution or 90% if the same contribution is made for a two-year commitment.
Any company that pays one of the following Pennsylvania business taxes would be eligible for the tax credit:
- Corporate Net Income Tax
- Capital Stock Franchise Tax
- Bank & Trust Company Shares Tax
- Insurance Premiums Tax
- Mutual Thrift Institutions
- Title Insurance Company Share Tax
To apply: Companies interested in donating to St. Anthony through this program must fill out an application form (download below), or contact the St. Anthony's Finance Manager at 724-940-9020 x 108.

Through this EITC Program, everyone is a winner. Your company benefits by taking advantage of the tax credit, and your donation will help a family with a child with special needs receive the education they need to live life to its fullest potential.
Below is the Pa web site that explains the credit. It is a quick one page summary of the EITC.
